We at Polaris Rental understand the costs of holidays especially during peak times, thats why we offer a set price for Winter and Summer Breaks. Unlike other websites we are upfront about our prices so you know the total you are paying and what's included.
Winter Price £99 per week (October - March) bookings.
Summer Price £150 per week (April - September) bookings.
Although there are charges for Paypal payments, we don't believe you should have to pay this additional charge so we take care of that for you. If you prefer you can pay by cheque or postal orders.
The price shown is the total amount you pay for the apartment and not per person. What you see is what you pay without hidden extras.

Availability
We are flexible for changeover days, and flight arrival & departure times. The apartment will be ready from 2.00pm unless otherwise arranged. And should be vacated by 10.30 am unless pre-arranged.
If apartment is not rented on departure date, we will endeavour to arrange for a late vacation of the apartment at no extra charge.
