Terms & Conditions
Should you wish to pay by cheque, postal order or bank transfer please advise via the contact us and we can make arrangements for payments. We do not accept any liability for injury, damage or loss caused by any reason or for any claim made as a result of this booking and/or your subsequent holiday. This waiver applies to all guests included on the Reservation Form and to any person visiting the property as your guest.
All bookings made will be shown as pending on the availability calendar until the deposit is paid and any funds cleared.
Deposit
A 20% deposit is required at the time of your booking with the balance 4 weeks prior to your arrival. A refundable deposit of £100 or 115 euros is required to cover breakages, excess use of electricity, any excess cleaning or loss of keys. This deposit is to be paid 4 weeks prior to departure and we aim to this deposit within 7-10 days of your departure.
Check in/Check Out
Check-in time is normally 2:00PM, with a check-out time of 10:30AM. These times allow housekeeping to clean the apartment ready for our next guest. Please note we are happy to extend this time if the apartment is not booked in on the same day.
After your reservation payment has been received written confirmation will be sent back to you.
Cancellations
Cancellations received no later than 90 days prior to your arrival will be entitled to a 100% refund less any costs incurred. Cancellations received 30-60 days prior to your arrival will be entitled to a 50% refund less any costs incurred. All cancellations received within 30 days of your arrival or your “No-show’” will forfeit 100% of the rental fee paid so far.
Other Services
Entry to Premises: authorised employees or repairmen may enter the premises during business hours for any purpose connected with the repair, improvement, care, and management of the premises. The guests permission will be sought prior to entry, however, such permission must be granted.
